The worse customer service ever. Don't buy Cole Haan The worse customer service ever. I had a pair sneakers that are worn in the summer only. They tore and so I called & sent pics in. Mind you, there only a year old. They drew up a case #. I later received an email saying they couldn't do anything for me. They offered me a 30% off coupon.
