NZXT is notorious for not answering support requests, even more so in the last few months. The customer service is horrible. Tickets get deleted without any action, phone calls result in sitting on hold for hours resulting in being cut off and chat requests sit there for hours or days with no one responding.

Been a customer for a while but never had any issues on my first two purchases untill i spent well over $5k on a prebuild from BLD - nzxt (as pc parts nowadays are beyond abnormal to get). It took over 2 weeks to get a response after multiple followups. NZXT has now spent the past month shipping me parts, each shipment taking 5-6 days after having received the tracking number. Some shipments have been missing necessary parts (no bracket), and some have been incorrect parts.
